Pattaya Thailand
This major tourist area brings a multi cultural attraction of foreigners from all over the world but mostly from Europe and Russia lately. Thai nationals also visit the area mostly for the night life. Pattaya Walking Street includes all types of restaurants (Thai, Seafood, Western, Southern, European etc..) Walking the street you will come across, live music beer gardens, beer bars, go go bars, massage spas and everything imaginable.
Walking Street runs from the south end of Beach Road to the Bali Hai Pier for a few blocks.
No traffic is allowed from 18:00 to 02:00, and vehicle parking can be found at the Bali Hai but best to take a taxi or Tuk Tuk. Our experiences are it's not a family friendly place to bring your children! The street is adorn with working girls and guys. Ladyboys are a plenty and you will see many of the foreigners enjoying a great time. Not sure of the number of bars but they are endless with beautiful Thai woman strutting their stuff. If your into other lifestyles I am sure you will find it along this street. The atmosphere is energetic and always a crowd. Do not worry about not finding police that speak your language as when we visited on a weekend they had police from all over the world stationed there for assistance if you get into trouble. Go and enjoy Pattaya Walking Street as it is something to see to believe!
