A Review of the Kosa Hotel and the Pullman Hotel in Khon Kaen

A Review of some of the Hotels we stayed at in Thailand 

A few of our trips back home in Khon Kaen Thailand we like to stay mostly at the Kosa Hotel which is down town Khon Kaen. It is at 250-252 Srichan Road Muang. Across from the shopping mall. It is a 4 star hotel with of course great AC. Lots of amenities available both inside hotel and out. I like it because of the shopping mall just feet away and a Starbucks for good wireless. Lots to see and get in the shopping mall including great electronics and inexpensive.

Not far down the road from the Kosa Hotel is Pullman Khon Kaen Raja Orchid Hotel  a beautiful
hotel on Prachasumran Road Nai Muang Amphur Muang and also near the Khon Kaen Shoping Centre.  We never stayed here but have had lunch, dinner and drinks. Lots of bars near by for those exciting nights out. Its probably the most expensive hotel in Khon Kaen but worth it if you want luxury. As you know from our travels all we care about is a nice room, AC and a safe hotel with great hospitality. Reason we like the Kosa Hotel.

Waterfalls of Dreams

We come across these beautiful waterfalls on one of our hikes north of highway 7 near Havelock.
The waterfalls were amazing but the rock outcrops were totally unbelievable! I am glad not many know of this place or be ruined by to many visitors. If you like to find it send me an email and can give directions.

Autumn Colors From Old Fire Tower Elliot Lake

We getup before sunrise to travel to the old fire tower over looking Elliot Lake Ontario my home town.
Was really cool to see the clouds swirl around and watch the sun rise. This is in the fall and the colours of the leaves were magnificent to see. Was a cool morning but worth it! enjoy and share. Please comment.

Exploring an Old Mine Site

I travel back to Elliot Lake with Pray and go to an old abandoned mine site I explored before when younger.
The mine is called Bi-Ore mine that once did copper mining. It was a large operation with a couple of shafts. The entrances are buried now due to the dangers of collapses. I found the evidence of the buildings and the shafts. Explored around the area for any relics. Was nice to come back and got many comments from this video of the people that once lived there.
